Tensi... i really need help.. plsss


guys,

help me plss... i'm eager to loose weight but unfortunately, the more i tried the more i put on weight k..wuarh!! 4 months left.. sempat ke nk kurus nie.. now 53kg..b4 this 50kg jer.. tu pun fiance dh bising..now try jus mate 5 utk kurus. tapi xturun2 pun? i rasa ada la kurang seinci je kot pinggang i nie.. :(((((

dlu, i join Keep Slim.. complete.. facial & segala2 nye, sebut je ape yg i x guna produk dia..x dinafikan, mmg elok n turun, but, xthn dgn pantang larang..diet karbo for 1 month.. huh! x mampu rasanye nk ikut.. lg satu, diet karbo ni x boley buat lama2 k.. effect ur kidney..be careful.. after 2 months, muka start mengeluarkan segala kimia2 yg ada dlm produk tu ye..gatal2.. so decide, stop jer sebelum bertambah teruk. dekat sini je dh habis beribu rasanye..

niat di hati nk g jogging kat tasik shah alam after keja.. tapi selalunye fail cz smpi shah alam je dh pukul 7pm. tu paling cepat eyh..so cmner la nk jogg??

to those yg ada tips tlg2 la bantu ye.. any supplement yg bley kurangkan selera mkn ker, pls let me know..

  1. im having same problem with you tapi i belom lagi try keep slim tue sbb mahal gile ehehe ..well kalau nak jogging u try laa weekend, i pon problem gak jogging balik keje dah lewat kan hihi ..takyah la makan nasi ..makan sayur jerk dengan lauk and buah-buahan ..kalau rasa lapar minum air kosong hehehe mlm makan la oats ..nak drastik turun kena jogging juga kan ..alaa u skepping jerk kat rumah sambil tgk tv ..i think ok kot ..try dulu laa hehehe ..i debab juga nih ..aduh!!

    my weight pun sama dgn u juga...tapi nak turun lg byk la...klu dpt 48kg..kira paling best la..
    huhuh...

    u cuba try la..
    now,dah turun 0.3kg je baru...huhuh...

    lagi satu..u cuba wat belly dancing...really help...serious...i buat seminggu..perut dah cam flat sket..try la...

  4. klo u nak really work out...i suggest, u can try to join fitness.. it will discipline urself for do a exercise... i tried it.. for months before my married, i just join it.. i lost 4kg in 4months.. now, i still lagi continue my fitness.. try it.. it not hurting u, and xde nk pantang2 mkn.. just mkn je cam biase cume kurangkan kuantiti.. tp, jgn berlapar sgt...

  5. U jgn terlampau obses nak kurus. sbb pengantin
    xlawa kalau terlalu kurus. lagi pun tak berbaloi klu u kurus semata-mata untuk majlis sehari 2. so I suggest better u betulkan niat u dulu. turnkan berat badan untuk kesihatan & bukan semata-mata untuk mjls u or tunang u..
    baru nanti u akan rasa keberkesanannya. elakkan pembaziran ke slimming centre atau pengambilan ubat-ubatan yg memudaratkan tu.
    jusmate 5 tu untuk org2 yg heavy weight.. yg obese.. u pun boleh tgk sdri testimoni pelanggan.
    tu sbb jusmate 5 pd u tak berkesan sgt coz i think your weight is ideal..or u may doble check your bmi then..

    i pun rasa cmtu gaks.segala2nye dicipline kan? if benda ni ada dlm diri sure sume menjadi..bila nk strt dicipline nie?? ergh!!

  7. huhuh..takde la lepas mkn trus minum air...dlm 15 ke 20 minit lepas mkn..kena minum air...byk kan minum air...
    heheh..yg sebut byk kali tue..ada trainer yang bgtau..sbb mind kita akan ikut apa yang kita cakap..
    belly dancing tue one of exercise yang i suka buat..enjoy..so, u kena cari exercise yg m'enjoykan u..and u suka buat...

    awal2 masuk U.."anem u selalu lunch apa kat dining? erm..anem xsuka lunch sbb dining x sedap so mkn buah je.."

    erm ayat bersembang pulak "anem, time mlm buat apa? anem x buat pape lepak kat hostel je dgn kwn..kekadang je turun cafe temankan member tapau"

    selepas beberapa seketika "anem lepas kelas time lunch watpe? erm balik bilik laa.anem x payah laa balik hostel jalan kaki panas,kita mkn je kat cafe pastu terus pergi kelas pukul 2"

    "malam nanti anem buat apa? anem x buat pape pun. ok laa jom lepak cafe kejap mkn sbb dining mlm ni lauk x sedap. pastu bleh gi study"

    lama kelamaan cafe laaa tempat anem dgn kwnnye melepak. sambil sembang diselitkan unsur2 pelajaran hehe...

HAHAHA..comelnyer conversation hanim dan tunang ni..hehe..I dulu pegi KeepSlim takde jadi apa pun.dorg pakse beli tu la beli ni..asik2 suh mkn telur je boring!hahah..i nye prob hips besar but since jog aritu hari2(haritu jer..skang lg 10hari dh x sempat pape..hehe)mmg pants longgar.mkn siang mcm biasa.ptg jog 5km so malam dh penat gile tak lalu mkn.To keep urself happy,better jog jer so that boleh cont eating like normal&do preparation happily

  11. i ada sorang kawan.. dia agak berusaha untuk kurus tapi tak kurus juga masa dia nak kawin.. still even tak achieve her target she look very beautiful, seri pengantin tu pasti mengatasi segalanya..

    tapi kalau nak drop few kgs ok je.. supaya takde fat especially kat tummy... bukan ape kan sometimes kalau calculate bmi mmg ok, tapi tummy buncit gak.. aiyoo~ i la tu..

    haha, i 50kg gak.. before i met my other half, i cuma 40 kg, my god i was sooo aneroxia last time!!! asik makan sama tetiap ari.. bahana nya.. =)

  12. hanim, i hv a suggestion. I did it last time and it worked....ni utk org yg malas to work out like me...hehe

    cut down on carbo for breakfast and lunch...kalau nak makan nasi i eat brown rice instead of white rice..it helps alot..during dinner i makan either oats or sayur or fruits itu sahaja...

    if lapar in between makan fruits keras like guava or apple..then rasa kenyang...

    for my work out, i go shoping...hehehe..serious it helps..because u walk alot when u go shoping mall...esp yg besar2...to save money, window shop and dont bring credit card..hehe..nanti u wont spend terlebih...hehe..

    nurulhuda: nk kempiskan perut i nie..but,time study dlu penah gak muntahkan ape yg i mkn..aneroxia la tu kan? but, lega cpt sedar..ergh! seksa bdn.. x patut!!

    da pendek,,
    da mcm bas da,,
    i try jus diet mate 5 jugak,,
    turun 2-3kg je,,
    i try xmkn nasi,,
    then pg keje balik keje jln kaki,,
    berpeloh la sket,,
    hehe,,
    nk cntek tu biase la darl,,
    take time,,
    ade 1 petua,,
    klo mkn,,jgn pikir akan gemok,,
    psikologi tu,,
    try okey!!

  16. Keep Slim to apa eh? Cam diet center eh? Huhu.
    Cam horror je kena no carb diet.Kalau sy memang tak tahan.heheh.

    Anyway how tall are you? 53kg sounds ok if you are in the range of 150-155cm.As long as BMI sihat.

    Memang best kalau dapat kurus masa wedding,tapi jgn pulak kurus untuk wedding je.Lepas tu kenala rajin maintain.Some people just kurus for the sake of wedding,then lepas tu tak peduli dah.

    I would suggest that you have a long term diet plan.Eat healthy,exercise and maintain a good weight sampai bila2 :)

    Anyway,kalau nak kurus cepat and ada budget extra,try la Mayfair.Jadi and the diet is not so strict :)

  17. muffin & donat : agree with u!skang if i mkn, i akan ckp i dh kenyang i dh kenyang.. so train otak ni ha yg asyik kata lapar jer.. n rasanye, mcm nk berjaya nie.. heheheh

    pluss i akan kuar lunch setiap hari n akan berjalan kaki..hhohoho.. setiap jumaat akan jln kaki ke SOGO for window shopping.. jauh woo.. tu je cara i bley senam. nk tggu ptg, sure x sempat. CaiyoKKK..

    yunayuni : tinggi i 156. bmi mmg ok tapi perut buncit laa.. :( keep slim tu sama cam mayfair gak..huhu, skang tgh cut budget nie.. nk try exercise plak..jimat & sihat.. :))

  18. Hi Hanim, my advice is don't stress yourself on losing weight. Why? 1. Because shading can slim down your face 2. Wear a korset (bengkung) together with girdle pants underneath your wedding dress, Audrey brand is ok, work wonders for me 3. Likelihood terkeluar spare tyre ketika duduk bersanding/bersimpuh sangat besar jika no.2 tidak dibuat. 4. Eat dinner before 7pm for flat tummy 5. No cakes, ice cream, and makanan bersantan plus sweet/carbonated drinks for health reason 6. Don't drink after 8pm to prevent water retention. If so thirsty, just 2 spoon of plain water, don't gulp the whole mug
    7. Do all of the above (work wonders for me), and good luck!
