help me plss... i'm eager to loose weight but unfortunately, the more i tried the more i put on weight k..wuarh!! 4 months left.. sempat ke nk kurus nie.. now 53kg..b4 this 50kg jer.. tu pun fiance dh bising..now try jus mate 5 utk kurus. tapi xturun2 pun? i rasa ada la kurang seinci je kot pinggang i nie.. :(((((
dlu, i join Keep Slim.. complete.. facial & segala2 nye, sebut je ape yg i x guna produk dia..x dinafikan, mmg elok n turun, but, xthn dgn pantang larang..diet karbo for 1 month.. huh! x mampu rasanye nk ikut.. lg satu, diet karbo ni x boley buat lama2 k.. effect ur kidney..be careful.. after 2 months, muka start mengeluarkan segala kimia2 yg ada dlm produk tu ye..gatal2.. so decide, stop jer sebelum bertambah teruk. dekat sini je dh habis beribu rasanye..
niat di hati nk g jogging kat tasik shah alam after keja.. tapi selalunye fail cz smpi shah alam je dh pukul 7pm. tu paling cepat eyh..so cmner la nk jogg??
to those yg ada tips tlg2 la bantu ye.. any supplement yg bley kurangkan selera mkn ker, pls let me know..
